garden harvest




A few days ago now we gathered our first batch from the garden, a healthy bunch of leeks.



We also picked the remains of the kale, some parsley from the, going slightly beserk, parsley. And we found a small treasure while we were there.

Now what to do with those leeks....? Leek and Potato Soup is on the list and a pasta sauce. Any other suggestions?
